This saved option is currently not applied by the geometry build to preserve interfaces. Do not depend on it to keep material-domain boundaries; inspect the built domains and use separate retained solids when that is the intended model.

Using the value

Select the earlier inputs, set this control and choose Build All Geometry. Recheck downstream selections after the operation.

Troubleshooting

Inspect selected objects, overlap and retained inputs. For a rejected transform order, apply Scale before Rotate where appropriate instead of assuming every operation order is supported.
