Choose the domains associated with Swept / Mapped.

Location

Mesh → Swept / Mapped → Selection

Initial value: all.

all selects the applicable domains; otherwise use a named selection or the selection editor. The selected domains receive this volume generator and its local size target. Recheck selections after geometry changes.

Using the value

Select the intended domains, inspect their highlight and choose Build Mesh; for solution-driven adaptation, run the supported study.

Troubleshooting

An empty or outdated selection can miss the intended geometry. Check the entity dimension and do not infer local refinement merely from a stored selection.
