System Solver workspace → Optimization
How to use it
Choose Optimization, then select the new or existing feature in Model Builder. Define design controls and an Objective expression, choose minimize or maximize and a method, then set evaluation and convergence limits.
Result
Successful runs provide solution data for plots, tables and evaluations in Results.
Troubleshooting
Validate the starting model first. A stopped search is not necessarily an optimum; inspect feasibility, termination reason and the final solved design.
