Find natural modes of the model's supported eigenvalue problem.

System Solver workspace → Eigenvalue

How to use it

Choose Eigenvalue, then select the new or existing feature in Model Builder. Set Number of eigenvalues and Search shift, then run and inspect each returned mode.

Result

Successful runs provide solution data for plots, tables and evaluations in Results.

Troubleshooting

Eigenvectors have arbitrary scale. Missing constraints or reference conditions can introduce unwanted zero modes.
