Calculate how the model evolves over a time interval from its initial state.
Calculate how the model evolves over a time interval from its initial state.
Where to find it
System Solver workspace; Model Builder → System Solvers
How to use it
Set Start time, Stop time and Time step, choose the time solver, then run and inspect multiple saved times in Results. Choose Run System Solver, then select the completed solution under Results.
Settings and initial values
| Setting | Initial value |
|---|---|

| Time step | 0.01[s] |
| Input events | [] |
| Maximum solution steps | 10000 |

Result
Successful runs provide solution data for plots, tables and evaluations in Results.
Troubleshooting
Reduce the time step to check temporal accuracy. An output interval is not by itself a guarantee that fast dynamics are resolved.
