Pressure Acoustics

Calculate acoustic pressure for a supported pressure-acoustics study.

Where to find it

Physics → Add Physics → Pressure Acoustics; System → physics node

How to use it

Assign acoustic material properties, select the fluid domains, and define pressure or normal-acceleration boundary excitation. Choose an available study in System Solvers and run it after building any required mesh.

Result

Inspect acoustic pressure at each requested frequency or supported solution state.

Troubleshooting

Resolve wavelengths with the mesh and confirm that the selected study is available for this interface. A reflecting boundary is not an absorbing far field.
