volumeOpacity

Set the opacity of the volume layer. Lower opacity reveals interior structure; it does not reduce the physical density of the material.

Location

Results → Plot Group → volumeOpacity

Initial value: 0.35.

Using the value

Select the completed Data entry and solution point, edit the appropriate plot feature, then click Plot to update Graphics.

Troubleshooting

Check the selected solution, expression and enabled layers if the view is empty. Changing a plot setting does not recompute the study or replace an older saved solution.
