TELION ENGINEERING AND SCIENTIFIC SAFETY NOTICE

Telion is engineering and scientific decision-support software. It does not
replace professional judgment, physical testing, peer review, certification,
regulatory review, or an organization's quality and safety processes.

Users are responsible for geometry, materials, physics, boundary and initial
conditions, discretization, solver configuration, convergence, sensitivity,
uncertainty, units, assumptions, and interpretation. Every consequential result
must be independently validated by a qualified person using methods appropriate
to the application and risk.

Telion must not be the sole basis for safety certification, regulatory approval,
or life-critical control. Commercial plan eligibility permits commercial use;
it does not certify Telion or its output for a particular application.
