TELION LLC must verify and provide the final controller identity, address, lawful bases, retention periods, international-transfer mechanisms, regional rights, subprocessors, and contact details before release. Telion accounts and licensing may process account identifiers, organization and plan eligibility, purchase and entitlement records, activated-device identity, security events, acceptance records, and support communications. Plan eligibility evidence is used to issue and enforce the purchased plan; an academic email address alone is not treated as proof of every eligibility fact. Optional AI connections are user-directed. Before connection, Telion identifies the selected provider and the categories of information that may be sent. Provider terms and privacy practices apply separately. No provider request is made before the versioned disclosure is accepted. Product diagnostics are disabled by default. Separate, revocable consent is required. Routine diagnostics exclude model geometry, expressions, source files, credentials, and simulation results. A user may deliberately attach such material to a support request after reviewing the payload. Direct accounts are for adults. Student access is available only through a separately authorized institution-managed agreement, with AI and diagnostics disabled by default. Direct student accounts are unavailable. Telion does not use student data for behavioral advertising. The final notice must explain access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, complaint, and consent-withdrawal rights; retention and deletion; security and incident contacts; subprocessors; international transfers; and how to submit a verified request.
Diagnostic support reports
This feature disclosure describes optional support submission. The versioned privacy notice above remains a publisher-review draft. Remote submission is available only when enabled by Telion.
Reports are sent only after you review the report, accept the current diagnostic sharing disclosure, and select Send Report. An error by itself does not upload anything. A report contains sanitized diagnostic and environment metadata and any description you enter. When recorded, this includes the model-compilation outcome for the failing operation, validation-error count, and stable compilation diagnostic codes. Compilation status helps investigate an error; it does not by itself determine who caused it. Telion uses account and device authorization to verify submissions and prevent abuse.
Including model.py is a separate choice for each report. Before sending, you can inspect the exact source. It can contain geometry definitions, parameters, expressions, material and physics settings, custom Python, local references, proprietary information, and replay data. The optional source is sent exactly as previewed, without automatic redaction or secret scanning. Review your description and source, remove secrets, and send only material you are authorized to share.
Diagnostic metadata and your description are recorded in a private GitHub support issue. Optional model source is stored in private Vercel Blob storage and is accessible through authenticated Telion administration. Model source is not pasted into GitHub issues. Telion maintainers may use reports and explicitly included source for debugging, analysis, and Telion product development.
Submitted model source is retained indefinitely until a Telion administrator manually deletes it. Deletion removes the stored source while preserving the diagnostic, consent record, source hash and size, GitHub issue, and deletion audit. Withdrawing sharing consent stops future submissions; it does not automatically delete an earlier report. To request deletion of previously submitted material, contact Telion using the contact page and provide the support reference shown after submission.
