Choose the input project, output project and log paths, then configure the run with optional arguments.
Supply the required input, output and log paths. Quote paths containing spaces. Use the optional arguments to select a study, set a timeout or request progress output. Only add --trust-workflow after reviewing custom Python in the input project.
