TLN input

Reads a compatible v2 ZIP project and uses its embedded UI project as authority.

-ifile is resolved to an absolute path and loaded as a Telion project container. Legacy JSON .tln files, incompatible format versions, missing archives, and containers without an authoritative UI project fail validation before solving.
