Optimization Physics

Exposes the Optimization Physics preview entry from the Optimization ribbon group; its target is not a certified release-profile interface.

The command is part of the installed desktop ribbon and routes through the renderer's explicit command dispatcher. Preview status does not certify a production solver runtime.
