Licensing policy
Requires a valid signed, device-bound license in compiled releases and enforces entitlements.
Compiled Batch mode sets license enforcement and requires a signed token bound to the configured device. Online expiry, signed offline-lease expiry, rollback, signature, DOF-limit, and CPU-only compute policy are enforced by the backend. License policy errors return exit 5. Source development runs unenforced unless explicitly configured.
