gradient

Compute the per-cell gradient of a scalar point field on tetrahedra. The returned field is located on cells with three components ``[df/dx, df/dy, df/dz]`` per tetrahedron. This is exact for first-order tetrahedral result fields and is the standard finite-element gradient reconstruction for P1 scalar fields.
